Alex Hanley, a seasoned food safety coach with 25+ years in the industry, specializes in auditing, implementing best practices, and managing plant operations worldwide. With over 1000 audits under his belt, covering various sectors like agriculture, meat, dairy, and more, Alex brings deep expertise in food safety management systems and certifications, especially GFSI standards like BRC, SQF, and FSSC22000. As the founder and CEO of Navigate Food Safety Solutions and Navigate Food Safety Training, Alex dedicates his time to crafting practical training content and providing hands-on food safety coaching. With over 20 years of experience in the food safety sector, Kim completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management, followed by Principles of HACCP Training, Implementing SQF Systems, Cannabis Safety and Quality 101, Internal Auditing, and others. She has given presentations at the Global Cold Chain Alliance Conference, led food safety webinars, and trained many facilities to implement SQF systems.
