The São Paulo State Government, through the Secretary of Agriculture and Supply, created, by Law 10.481, of 12/29/1999, the "Product of São Paulo" Seal, as part of the Agribusiness Product Quality Certification System.
The System (voluntary adhesion) is valid only for companies in the State of São Paulo, it certifies products that have differentiated superior quality, through control of the entire production process, within the principle known as "From seed to plate".
QIMA can process your application for the São Paulo State stamp, inspect different elements of your production chain to verify conformity with the São Paulo State agricultural, livestock, and agro-industrial product quality system, established by law 10.481, of 12/20/1999, and after successful evaluation, request the issuance of the São Paulo State Seal.
It is a "seal of quality assurance of the product", with verification of its processing and origin records, to offer the consumer a product of differentiated quality.
The seal aims to make available to consumers processed or industrialized "In Natura" products that present high quality.
