Canada Revises Toy Regulations for Toys to be Entered by a Child

On 8 December 2024, the Canadian government published the revised Canada Toys Regulations, SOR/2011-17, to include sections 45, 46 and 42027 for toys intended to be entered by a child. ( Toys Regulations ) An update to the Canada Toys Regulations, SOR/2011-17, was published by Health Canada on 8 December 2024 to include 45, 46, and 47 for toys intended to be entered by a child.
