QIMA, through CIS and its subsidiaries, offers comprehensive inspection services for agrifood commodities to ensure that the product you paid for strictly conforms to the agreed specifications.
Agricultural commodities, also known as agrifood commodities, are staple products that make up the foundation of food for people and animals around the globe. They include various grains and flours, rice, sugar, pulses, oil and oil seeds, animal feeds and more. In today’s complex agricultural supply chains, commodities often travel thousands of miles from their farms of origin and it is more important than ever to ensure their quality and safety at every stage.
QIMA, through CIS and Operagro, offers inspection of agrifood commodities throughout the supply chain, including prior to shipment at farms, production facilities, processing plants, storage locations, port terminals or other locations specified by you. Our independent inspections ensure that the commodities you purchased strictly conform to the specifications you and your supplier agreed on: from source to destination.
Depending on the commodity and assignment, inspections may also support cargo moving by vessel, barge, truck, container or rail. Services may be performed at origin, during loading, at storage or transfer points, and at destination where required.
